Disclaimer

By applying for a commission, you are agreeing to the following terms as you the client, and EyeOdin. Please read carefully.

Client is of legal age.
Client owns the rights for all the materials provided.
Client personal data will be confidential regardless of any transaction.
Client agrees the commission will not be used for AI in any way, or NFT cryptocurrency.
Client can't resell without a commercial license.
Clients that cease all communications will have their commissions placed on "hold" and after 2 months waiting, the commission will be canceled with no refunds.

Both parties must agree on clear goals of the commission.
EyeOdin will only give an estimated delivery time. Please be patient with the process.
EyeOdin will request to have contact with the illustration artist for corrections if needed, and if the artist is not available, a fee for illustration corrections will be charged at the end.
EyeOdin will start working after receiving the payment and knowing the goals for the commission.
Work is on weekdays except weekends.
EyeOdin streams commission work unless requested not to with the payment fee for confidentiality.
EyeOdin will send visual updates of the work to a preferred channel when milestones are achieved.
Feedback that is within the goals will always be considered.
EyeOdin will send the files and expect confirmation that all is working at the end.

EyeOdin will NOT deliver the original Live2D files.
EyeOdin will deliver the Live2D Runtime files and the appropriate Vtube Studio import files to ensure the correct working state of the rig.
After the commission is delivered, the commission is concluded.
Delivery of a commission will result in a virtual goods transfer, so no physical object will be received at any point in time.

Unlimited revisions up to 1 month.
Revisions are only valid after a full payment.
Revision is the calibration of the commission's agreed-upon content.
Revisions that don't conform to the goals might require a reevaluation of the commission and, by consequence, its pricing.

Payments will be done though Paypal invoice, other methods will not be accepted.
Currency is in Euros.
Commission can start with 50% up to 100% of the total price expected.
Commission must be paid 100% before delivery.
+5% is added for Paypal fees.

EyeOdin reserves the right to be credited.
EyeOdin reserves the right to display the work in any medium or platform for portefolio or presentation purposes.

In the off chance Clients files become unusable due to corruption or accident a request can be made to have them resent.

EyeOdin reserves the right to refuse or terminate the commission at any point by issuing a full refund.
Client can cancel the commission before EyeOdin starts working on the commission.
Refunds are NOT allowed once EyeOdin starts working on the commission. Updates will be sent to consider feedback to avoid a refund status.
Refunded commissions will have their license revoked entirely and all files EyeOdin sends and copies thereof will have to be fully deleted if any exist.

All Paypal chargebacks are a Refund / Cancellation and therefore abide by the same rules.
Chargebacks will be denied.
Paypal will receive our conversation about the commission alongside evidence of EyeOdin's work.
Client will be Blacklisted for further commission requests.
